Aireys market is an intimate and quirky market..partly indoors and outdoors, with a hand picked variety of quality goods from the yummiest home made dukkah to the most creative gifts and Art. We pride ourselves on quality and variety…with a careful thought to what is on trend and also on the wonders of old crafts and secret recipes.
Our ethos is for only Homegrown…. Handmade…..Recycled….Vintage and as Local as we can find. We also try to support other local businesses and the community as much as possible.
Each market is a little different from the last….with some permanent sellers and a range of others that come and go to provide variety and interest for our customers. We all work together to create a happy place to shop , sample food and to chat with those that bring those products to your homes.
Interest in the Market is welcomed…we will try to accommodate all as much as we can…so as a seller or a customer…please don't hesitate to contact us.

This is my 3rd season at Aireys Inlet Market where I pop-up with my handmade, limited series of paperwares : artcards & message cards, framed & unframed pieces of varying sizes, yearly calenders...some photographic work.
I use freehand pen & ink or fineliner drawing & design on beautiful papers with watercolour. I play with words and phrases, collage & stitching in my east geelong studio heaven. The imperfection & expressiveness of hand drawn & handmade is something to value.
I use a Paul Klee quote : "drawing is simply a line going for a walk"....I don't always know where that line's going..but that's part of the joy.
I get such a buzz out of making and trading but its the little 'note to self' giveaways that also seem to connect. As with many marketeers..it's the process that brings out some lightness in challenging times so it is great therapy! I will always be a maker.
